Parent Participation

Your first class together!  Your baby will be exposed to

sound and music. Interact with them…learn new songs, shake a maraca, bang on a drum. You and your baby will work on building self-esteem, coordination, and social skills! Colorful equipment, silly songs, and light structure combine to create an enriching experience for both you and your baby.

Parent Participation

Peer modeling is one of the most valuable educational tools available to us today.  This is especially true with children who are on the verge of walking!  Each child explores our colorful, child safe recreation equipment in his own way, while observing how his friends play too!  We incorporate songs, follow the leader activities, parachute play and bubbles into this class to make learning as fun as it can be!

Crafty Kids

18 to 24 Months

Parent Participation

Create and play together! Each week there will be a "project of the week" up on the bulletin board. The support materials to create the project are provided.   You and your child work together at your own pace to create your project. We under-stand that 18 – 24 month olds may not focus on one project for a full 45 minutes; that is why the art room contains a chalkboard, a magnet board and a felt board to allow for additional creative experiences as well as peer interaction and socializing.  Your child will also have 45 minutes in our recreation room, playing with the chunky equipment.

We’ve Got the Beat!

18 to 24 Months

Parent Participation

Traditional children’s songs are used to teach the very

basic fundamentals of music.  You and your child will

have fun playing the different instruments. Your child will have 45 minutes in our recreation room too.

Both classes target those skills that are developmentally appropriate to the age of the children in class.  They will continue to be mildly challenged and positively reinforced in our child safe, nurturing, child-friendly environment!

Mommy & Me Classes

FUNdamentals 1! (FUN 1)

2 ½ to 3 Years

FUN 1 is a wonderful first time separation class.  In the class students build self-esteem while developing readiness skills.  Your child will be encouraged to learn through music, games, movement, literature and art. Children learn best using all senses! In FUNdamentals, we use a multi-sensory approach to create an exciting and stimulating environment.

Monday thru Friday    9:30 to 11:30 or 12:30 to 2:30

Class Fee is as follows:

1st day    $275

2nd day discounted 25%

3rd-5th days discounted 50%

MASTER CLASSES

4 to 6 Years

This year we’re shaking this up a bit for our 4 to 6 year olds.  Each session our Master classes will have a different theme.  Each Master class will run for 10 weeks and and you can extend the class with an hour of Open Session at a discounted rate of $5.

Session 1, Sept 8 - Nov 14    Master Painters

Session 2, Nov 17 - Feb 6     Master Chefs

Session 3, Feb 9 - Apr 17      Master Sculptors

Session 4, Apr 20 - Jun 20    Master Scientists

FUNdamentals 2! (FUN 2)

4 to 5 Years

FUN 2 is an excellent place to continue academic growth.  Your child will continue to learn using  centers, themes, music and literature.  Science, health, cooking, and social studies will also be focused in class.  This is a great class to use as a companion to Preschool or by itself! Our curriculum is developed and planned to be everything your child needs to be ready for school!

Monday thru Friday    9:30 to 11:30 or 12:30 to 2:30

Class Fee    $285

2nd day discounted 25%

3rd-5th days discounted 50%

If you are interested you may take just the gym, art or music portion of the class, cost for the 45-minute class will be $160.

KID’S BOOK CLUB

2 1/2 to 3 Years

4 to 6 Years

Your emergent reader will develop a love of award winning literature! This class helps build listening skills and fosters reading comprehension. We will read classic stories, Caldecott winning books and stories with favorite characters. Your child will engage in story reenactments, puppet play and special crafts. A snack and drink will be provided.   KBC will run for 10 weeks and you can extend the class with an hour of Open Session at a discounted rate of $5.

KBC 1: 2 1/2 to 3 Years - Monday 11:45 to 12:30        KBC 2: 4 to 6 Years - Tuesday 12:30 to 1:15

Class Fee    $100 (includes supplies) or $150 for the extended play time.
